Job description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring an active OH or compact RN license with recent L&D experience.

Job Details

Position is in a hospital Labor and Delivery unit,
Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week from 11 : 00pm to 11 : 30am,
Care for laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients,

Job Requirements

Active permanent OH or compact RN license in hand,

AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required and must be active,

Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Labor and Delivery experience,

At least one professional reference from a supervisor in Labor and Delivery is required,

Must provide copy of driver's license and Social Security card,

Willingness to undergo BCI / FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing,

Additional Information

Will complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with two attempts allowed to pass each assessment,

Modules must be completed prior to start date and annually thereafter,

All travelers must complete onsite badging and fingerprinting prior to the start,

Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start,

Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to the facility for 1 year after previous end date,

PAPRs not permitted for individuals with facial hair unless an approved medical or religious exemption is provided,

Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rate,
