Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., providing you with a consistent routine that allows you to develop your skills and grow within the organization. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment that prioritizes safety and teamwork, as you contribute to the overall production efficiency of R&R Solutions.

Physical stamina is important, as the role requires standing and / or stooping for extended periods and the capacity to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred to meet the foundational educational requirements of this role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Proven working experience as a production worker preferred
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems preferred
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods preferred
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to work in a noisy environment with fluctuations in temperature
• Must be able to work standing and / or stooping for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED preferred
