What You’ll Do :

Provide holistic nursing care to individuals across the lifespan in a welcoming outpatient clinic setting
Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for all patients, including LGBTQ+ individuals and other underserved communities
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
Assist with clinical tasks including patient intake, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and health education
Support clinic operations by helping to maintain accurate patient records

What We’re Looking For :

Active and unrestricted LPN license in New York State

At least 1 year of nursing experience (community health, med / surg, or pediatric experience a plus)

Active BLS / CPR certification

Team player who thrives in a mission-based environment

Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, South Asian, East Asian, or Southeast Asian languages especially welcome)
