Oracle Compensation and Benefits Lead Job Description
- Experience implementing Oracle HCM full cycle implementation for Benefits and Workforce Compensation modules
- Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements.
- Gather and interpret business requirements to appropriate configurations of the Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules.
- Conduct testing events associated with the project delivery cycle and stay updated on industry trends and Oracle features specially around Redwood pages and Visual builder enhancements.
- Coordinate efforts between other business lines and consultants to implement the best solution for the client.
- Provide guidance on data conversions, integrations, fast formulas and reporting in collaboration with Technical Practice.
- bility to understand integrations with other modules within the Oracle suite of modules.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud upstream / downstream integration points (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Finance) and end-to-end compensation processes.
- Strong functional knowledge of benefits structure, creating programs, plan types, plans, rates, and eligibility profiles.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to lead workshops and deliver training to end users and client teams.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud and the ability to lead the functional track for Oracle Workforce Compensation implementations for Merit / Bonus / Stock / Individual Compensation plans.
- Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their expertise in these areas and their ability to lead projects effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with hospitality sector experience highly preferred.
