Manage rental inventory and ensure availability for customers

Handle customer inquiries and provide information on rental products and services

Negotiate rental agreements and contracts with customers

Maintain accurate records of rental transactions

Coordinate with the sales team to promote rental services

Monitor and control inventory levels

Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly

Skills

Sales management experience

Proficiency in retail sales practices

Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent phone etiquette

Knowledge of inventory control procedures

Effective communication skills

Experience in outside sales is advantageous
