As a Grants Management Associate (internal title : Portfolio Management Associate) you will execute key processes, manage data, and drive operational excellence on a portfolio of grants supporting social change entrepreneurs. In this role you willbuild relationships and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders within a growing team. You will apply a detail-oriented project management background to identify gaps and drive solutions that result in transformational change.

Within this new role on the Stand Together Trust team you will support a portfolio of current and future partnerships focused on civics education, constitutionally limited government, and upholding America’s founding principles.

This role is essential to our success in keeping pace with the demand for our support and will help build out a team who are focused internally on operational and relationship excellence.

How You Will Contribute

• Build out operational excellence for diverse and complex grants that span across organizations, to ensure we are the preferred partner in philanthropy
• Track financial and performance data for robust grant portfolios, coordinating with multiple internal capabilities to support grant-making and advance our organization’s vision
• Use team best practices and develop new ones to facilitate program evaluation that supports effective investment decisions
• Collaborate to analyze grant funding opportunities and participate in the grant recommendation process
