The Forecast Analyst position is responsible for facilitating the development of forecasts, budget, and analyses. The position is also responsible for establishing and maintaining the department's capacity planning staffing models which drive the hiring and training needs. These accountabilities require strong analytical capabilities to solve complex problems and advanced technology skills to continuously improve accuracy and process efficiency.

Advanced Data Analysis & Modeling : You'll strengthen your ability to analyze complex datasets, build forecasting models, and interpret historical trends to inform business decisions.
Strategic Business Planning : By collaborating with management and participating in strategic planning, you'll refine your skills in outlining business issues, evaluating alternatives, and recommending actionable plans.
Workforce Management & Capacity Planning : You'll gain expertise in developing and maintaining staffing models, projecting hiring and training needs, and optimizing workforce allocation for operational efficiency.
Financial Impact Assessment : Consulting on complex projects and estimating the financial impact of changes will enhance your ability to assess and communicate the economic implications of business activities.
Technology & Process Improvement : You'll continuously improve accuracy and efficiency by leveraging advanced technology skills and developing analytical tools to support business processes.

The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.
National Salary Range : $78,000.00 - $111,200.00
National Plus Salary Range : $78,000.00 - $126,800.00
