What We Need :

We’re looking for a skilled Digital and Broadcast Campaign Manager.

What You'll Do :

Support advertisers and sales teams with end-to-end digital planning and campaign activation.

Respond to digital RFPs and develop strategic media plans aligned with client business goals and KPIs.

Proactively manage and optimize campaigns to ensure performance and client satisfaction.

Analyze campaign success and ROI using data-driven insights and storytelling.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, Sales) and external partners to ensure seamless onboarding and account growth.

What You'll Need :

Strong understanding and passion for digital and broadcast media, advertising, and audio.

Proven experience coaching others in digital best practices.

Proven track record of managing production workflows, timelines, and schedules.

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using reporting and research tools to inform proposals.

Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.

Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends and technologies.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Google DFP is a plus.

Experience in digital and / or broadcast advertising planning and buying.

Self-starter mindset with entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability.

Bonus : Familiarity with digital audio, podcasting, paid social, and influencer marketing.
