SQL Server Database Administrator

What You'll Do
- Monitor database systems to ensure uptime, security, and smooth performance for IT customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SQL Server issues in production environments
- Create, maintain, and test backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard business-critical data
- Manage database maintenance, rollouts, upgrades, and system improvements
- Implement and release database changes with accuracy and minimal disruption
- Provide performance trend analysis that helps leadership make informed decisions
- Stay current with new technologies and apply them to real business challenges
- Help shape and enforce IT application standards across the division
