Delivery Associate Starting Wage $24.25 per hour

DAs are entrusted to conduct themselves ethically, professionally, and with minimal supervision while operating their cargo van, step van, and electric van.

We are looking for a few outstanding individuals to join our dynamic team. Specifically, we are seeking individuals who are willing to learn and grow with the company, have a great attitude and are extremely reliable. Students who are at least 21 years of age are encouraged to apply.

Details:

• Pay starts at $24.25 per hour depending on experience level and driving certifications and possible overtime available.
• We are willing to hire at an entry level and train
• Hiring full time, part-time drivers

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass background and DMV checks, as well as NIDA-5 drug screening (THC use prohibited)
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record (i.e.- no more than (2) citations in the past three years)
• Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000-pound cargo van or Step-van safely
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts around 10 hours
• Ability to efficiently operate technology including GPS and timekeeping system
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
• Physically capable of entering and exiting a commercial van up to 500 times per day
• Capable of walking up and down multiple flights of stairs and uneven surfaces at an intentional pace averaging 10 to 15 miles per day
• Valid driver's license, no CDL required
• Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor in challenging situations, as well as being a positive member of our team
