A company is looking for a Distribution Supervisor to oversee operations in a Distribution Center in Allentown, PA.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise employees and operations, establishing performance standards and engaging in performance management

Ensure compliance with operating procedures and government regulations while conducting audits and training

Monitor resources and schedule workloads to maximize safety, quality, and productivity

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED required

5+ years of experience leading a team of 20+ people

5+ years of experience working in a warehouse
