PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, including design, coding, maintenance, testing, and debugging, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business objectives.
Provide mentorship and training to the development team, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Ensure project completion that meets defined goals and quality standards while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Foster proactive relationships with IT peers to enhance cross-functional collaboration and shared success.
Remain accessible to project team members, facilitating open communication and timely issue resolution.
Stay aware of advancements in AI technologies for software development and guide developers in integrating these tools into their processes.
Support team members' ongoing development through consistent feedback, coaching, and skill enhancement opportunities.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex topics clearly to varied audiences.
Solid understanding of .NET fundamentals (dependency injection, async patterns, API design basics) for maintaining consistency and alignment.
Working knowledge of Azure operational services (App Services / Azure Functions, Key Vault, Storage, Azure Monitor / Application Insights).
Experience collaborating with DevOps to standardize CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions), approvals, and environment promotion.
Familiarity with unit / integration testing practices, contract testing for APIs, and telemetry instrumentation.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps or GitHub for work item management, dashboards, and release pipelines.
Angular proficiency essential for developing high-quality, scalable UI experiences.
Experience with MS SQL for building and optimizing data-driven applications.
Experience in building applications integrating with LLMs and orchestrations.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proven management and leadership capabilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Education & Licensing
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
A minimum of ten (10) years of senior software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
