Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe CICS Engineer to join our team. This role involves working in a dynamic and innovative environment, supporting a large-scale Sysplex and CICSPlex setup. The candidate will be responsible for all phases of CICS engineering, system and software maintenance, and operational functions. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the stability and growth of our business platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of CICS engineering, including system and software maintenance.
• Provide support for CICS in a 24x7 large-scale Sysplex and CICSPlex environment.
• Collaborate with application developers and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Perform CICS performance tuning, debugging, and dump analysis.
• Utilize tools such as Sysview for CICS and CICS Performance Analyzer for monitoring and tuning.
• Support on-call duties and maintenance outside of normal working hours to resolve issues.
• Implement and customize CICSPlex SM, including dynamic transaction routing.
• Maintain and optimize CICS resource definitions and parameters for performance.

Pay Range : $70- $80
