Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire Preferred experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare provider, tutoring, ABA) Energetic, playful, and creative individuals who can think on their feet Dependable team players who families can trust Physically agile, able to frequently get up and down or move quickly Technologically adept with a willingness to learn new software and use Microsoft Office 365 A strong desire to work independently while providing high-quality care Interest in applying evidence-based methods in your work At ABS Kids, we find purpose in every 'wow' moment we create with our clients.
