Account Executive – Acute Sales (Central Texas Territory)

That’s exactly why we want you. We’re seeking a Central Texas Account Executive to take charge of hospitals and surgery centers across the region. This is a full-line medical device sales role with a leader in surgical essentials and infection control solutions.
What You’ll Own
- Full ownership of the Central Texas territory : win new accounts, expand adoption, and grow existing business.
- Be the go-to expert on our surgical products and infection control portfolio.
- Navigate key stakeholders to quarterback deals in underpenetrated accounts.
- Align facility-level execution with IDN and GPO strategies.
- Manage your pipeline with discipline in Salesforce.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR nurses, techs, supply chain leaders, and hospital execs.
- Lead in-services, trainings, and product trials that drive adoption.
- Represent the brand at local and regional trade shows.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of medical device sales experience with proven results.Minimum 2 years of O.R. or surgical sales / clinical exposure preferred.Existing relationships in hospitals and surgery centers across Central Texas .Strong hunter mentality with the ability to farm and grow long-term accounts.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Valid driver’s license, ability to travel ~75% across Central Texas.Eligibility for hospital / surgery center credentialing.CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office proficiency.Competitive, high-energy, self-starter mindset.Why You’ll Love This Role
