Loan Officer On-site

Location : Scottsdale, AZ Start Date : November 3, 2025 (Additional class starts in December)

About the Role : We are seeking driven individuals to join our team as Loan Officers. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a rewarding career in mortgage lending with paid training, mentorship, and uncapped earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $30,576 annually
  • Year 1 Expected Earnings : $85,000$125,000 (base + uncapped bonuses)
  • Bonus Structure : Tiered basis points based on funded loan volume

Schedule & Location :

  • MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • On-site at : 1375 N Scottsdale Rd, Ste 100, Scottsdale, AZ 85257

    • Responsibilities :

  • Train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers
  • Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
  • Handle warm leads from multiple referral sources
  • Use CRM and loan origination systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Participate in sales meetings, contests, and incentives
  • Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment

    • Requirements :

  • SAFE licensing (company-paid)
  • Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • No mortgage experience required we train you!
