We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for helping individuals improve their daily living skills and overall quality of life. This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including those with autism, and implementing effective care plans tailored to each individual's needs.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
• Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programs
• Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties
• Organize and update patient records
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Duties

Assess patients' physical and mental abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs).

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for improvement.

Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Provide early intervention services for children with developmental delays or disabilities.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in occupational therapy or other related fields

Occupational Therapy License

Ability to build rapport with patients

Passion to help and motivate others

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
