Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility setting. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans, assist residents in regaining functional mobility, and work collaboratively with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This is a rewarding opportunity with guaranteed hours and a competitive rate of $80 / hr.
