Key Responsibilities
Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Lead the renewal process and develop strategies to increase customer investment
Conduct regular account reviews and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in technology or SaaS
Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Outreach is advantageous
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and train others
