Adventure Tours is currently seeking experienced and professional Full-Time CDL Class A or B Bus Operators with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brakes to join our Charlotte, NC team .

We have expanded our locations to include Charlotte, NC, Philadelphia, PA, Long Island, NY, and a new location in Richmond, VA. As a Motorcoach Operator at Adventure Tours, you have the potential to earn gratuities, enhancing your overall compensation.

Responsibilities :

• Safely operate motorcoaches and transport passengers on assigned routes, charters, and tours
• Work with dispatch to ensure timely pick-ups and smooth transfers
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete accurate DOT logs
• Ensure compliance with all DOT and company safety regulations
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage handling
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times

Requirements :

CDL Class A or B Bus Driver with Passengers Endorsement.

Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a motorcoach or similar vehicle.

Current DOT Medical Card.

Successful completion of mandatory Pre-Employment Drug Testing.

Clean driving record.

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation industry practices.

Ability to safely load, transfer, and unload passengers' luggage.

Neat and well-groomed appearance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
