Type : Full-Time | Field-Based | On-Call Rotation Required

Own the successful execution of all emergency mitigation serviceswater, fire, mold, and storm damageby leading the field team, coordinating response, and setting the standard for technical excellence, documentation, and customer communication. Take charge on-site, manage technician performance, and ensure jobs start strong and finish right.

This is not a basic tech role. We're looking for someone with real-world field experience in mitigationbonus if you have reconstruction skills or a handyman background. You're the person who shows up ready, takes the lead without being told, and makes everyone around you look better. • Respond to new emergency losses quickly and lead on-site execution
• Handle inspections, demo, moisture mapping, extraction, equipment setup
• Maintain field documentation (DASH, Xactimate, Docusketch)
• Coordinate with the team to ensure jobs run on time and under control
• Lead and train mitigation techs, delegate tasks, and set quality standards
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response
• Assist in post-mitigation cleaning, contents, or estimating as needed
