Key Responsibilities :

• Project Coordination : Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing multiple construction projects, ensuring each project adheres to timelines and budget constraints.
• Owner’s Representation : Act as the liaison between property owners, in-house construction teams, and external stakeholders to guarantee client expectations are met.
• Budget & Schedule Oversight : Monitor project costs and schedules, addressing challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance : Ensuring work meets our rigorous quality standards and complies with all building codes and safety regulations.
• Communication & Reporting : Prepare and present regular project updates, maintain detailed records, and facilitate clear communication among all project stakeholders.
• Problem Solving : Identify potential issues early on and implement effective solutions to ensure seamless project execution.
