Insight Global is looking for an experienced Operating Room RN, with specific experience in Neurosurgery to join Ardent in their Tyler, TX location. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for both clinical and administrative tasks, as well as training and leading the recent graduates relying on your previous experience. There is a $20,000 sign on bonus, as well as a relocation package for up to $10,000 depending on the distance of relocation.

Required Skills :

• Active and unrestricted RN license (Texas RN or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
• With at least 1 year in neurosurgery (spine and / or cranial cases)
• BLS certification - Proficiency in sterile technique, AORN standards, and perioperative workflows
• Ability to circulate neurosurgical procedures (scrubbing experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate complex cases
• Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia, neuromonitoring, and vendors
