Practice Highlights :

• Academic Level IV NICU: 50 beds with robust subspecialty access; practice at full scope in a high acuity, teaching environment.
• Collaborative Team: Cohesive neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric residents; no fellows currently, so your teaching and leadership have immediate impact.
• Predictable Schedule: 1-2 week service blocks with a manageable, well supported in house call rotation that protects your off time.
• Delivery Room Leadership: Consistent involvement in high risk deliveries with streamlined OB coordination.
• Growth & Innovation: Shape evolving Neuro NICU, Small Baby, and POCUS programs; lead QI, protocols, and curricula.
• Additional Compensation: Ability to moonlight within the department for additional compensation.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Salary: Competitive academic base commensurate with rank/experience.
• Bonus & Incentives: Signing & relocation bonuses including Fellowship stipend up to $30,000 (eligible candidates).

Candidate Profile :

• Required BE/BC in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine; commitment to team based care, education, and Level IV acuity.
• Preferred: Experience or interest in POCUS, Neuro NICU/Small Baby development, QI, and resident teaching. Spanish helpful, not required.
