Job descriptionPrepare and maintain project documentation (technical reports, meeting minutes, progress updates). Compile and analyze data for stakeholder reports. Document project changes, risks, and issues accurately. Support installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of technical systems / equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the project team. Assist in developing and testing project prototypes or systems. Serve as liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and project management. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Provide timely updates and respond to inquiries from stakeholders. Support procurement of project-related materials and equipment. Track project expenses and assist with budget management. Maintain organized project files and records. Monitor project schedules and coordinate corrective actions if delayed. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in a technical or project support role. Experience in optical cable manufacturing preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project. Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint presentations, etc.). Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Technical Assistant to support the Loose Tube Equipment Conversion Project (Ranger) . The role involves providing technical, administrative, and operational support to ensure smooth project execution. This individual will collaborate closely with the project team, assisting with planning, coordination, documentation, and implementation tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
