Job Responsibilities
- Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial, with a caseload of under 80 files.
- Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, demands, and responses.
- Draft reports and provide file analysis.
- Handle litigation and other legal assignments in accordance with established guidelines for Staff Counsel.
