Industrial Electrician – Power Up Your Career in Ecorse, MI
Location : Ecorse, MI 48229
Industry : Steel Manufacturing
Shift : Rotating 8-hour shifts (including weekends & holidays)
Type : Full-Time
We’re seeking a skilled and driven Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at one of the world’s largest steel producers. If you thrive in high-powered environments and enjoy solving complex electrical challenges, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, AC / DC systems, and PLCs
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to enhance plant operations
- Operate and maintain mobile equipment, cranes, and forklifts
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Stay informed on advancements in electrical technologies and safety standards

Work Environment
You’ll work across various plant locations, which may include hot, cold, greasy, wet, and noisy conditions. Tasks may be performed independently or with other technicians.
