Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, compassion, and clinical expertise to help children improve communication, feeding, and language skills in a playful and motivating setting.
Responsibilities :
- Provide speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding therapy to pediatric clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on evaluations and family input
- Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records in a timely manner
- Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists to support whole-child development
- Educate and support families on strategies to enhance communication at home
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Contribute to a positive, playful, and professional clinic environment
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent Texas SLP license or eligible for licensureCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) requiredPassion for working with children and familiesStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative clinic settingWhat We Offer :
