Position Overview :
The HRIS Analyst will be a key member for the HR Operations team and will be responsible for partnering with Internal Stakeholders to deliver on data needs. This includes the processing of Mass Data Changes via EIB loads, Issue Resolution, Reporting, Data Auditing and the Ability to work well with others.
Job Responsibilities :
- The ability to think independently, follow standards / processes and present a high level of work production
- Process employee related changes in the HRIS and Payroll systems as needed
- Perform daily / weekly / monthly audits of data entered and interfaced between systems
- Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws
- Can anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues with limited support and direction
- Ensures effective data entry and employee record maintenance for new hires, existing employee changes and terminations are in place
- Maintains the highest level of customer service balanced with accuracy and the meeting of all legal requirements
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Performs other related projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3-5 years of related HRIS and payroll processing experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilitiesServe as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists with ensuring data integrity and testing of system changesHRIS functional experienceSystems implementation experience a plusStrong understanding of HR processesProficient with use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excel savvy a must have!Strong analytical skills are essential to perform this role successfullyAbility to handle confidential, sensitive informationAbility to follow-up, and ensure employee satisfactionAbility to analyze and diagnose problems and proactively create plans to addressAbility to be proactive - solid judgment skillsAbility to make decisions and problem solve in a way that demonstrates systemic thinkingDemonstrates a strong aptitude for detail and a commitment to accuracy in resultsPreference will be given to candidates who :
Have previous experience with the Workday applicationExperience in Workday Core HCM, ADP payroll systems, WFS Time & Attendance System.Strong organizational and prioritization skillsSalary : $30.00 / hr. - $35.00 / hr.
