PEPI Practice Overview

Our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice serves upper middle market and large-cap private equity firms, focusing on improving operational results at portfolio companies, typically in the $50 million to $1 billion+ range. Our services include merger integration, carve-outs, IT diligence, post-acquisition implementations, interim management, and supply chain and CFO services.

Role Summary

We seek a Manager to lead large, complex client engagements involving business and technology solutions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. Responsibilities include IT diligence, merger-integration, carve-out execution, and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of consulting or industry experience, with at least five years in systems implementations, merger integration, or business transformation
• Experience with private equity sponsors or portfolio companies
• Deep expertise in areas such as IT merger integration, business / IT transformation, ERP, supply chain, IT operations, and enterprise architecture
• Proven ability to work with business leaders and private equity deal teams
• Strong writing, analytical, and change management skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Willingness to travel at least 75%

Benefits and Compensation

Salary range : $125,000 - $190,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and parental leave. We support your professional growth through training and international assignments.
