Join our friendly and compassionate team of clinical therapists dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families. We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide high-quality mental health care through both Telehealth and in-person sessions for both full time or part time positions.
As a valued member of our practice, you will deliver evidence-based counseling services addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, work-related stress, relationship and family challenges, and grief. We welcome clinicians with specialized training in modalities such as Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), or other therapeutic approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Provide counseling via Telehealth and in-person sessions
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards
Participate in regular case consultations
Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and confidential environment for all clients
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (Required)
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Special certifications in Trauma, CBT, EMDR, IFS, or other modalities are highly valued
