Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound tickets and answer live phone calls as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients through phone and email
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and resolve tickets through effective communication and coordination
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service or a related field
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record-keeping
Willingness to accept coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
