The Universal Banker serves as a single point of contact for customers; identifying customer needs, building customer relationships, and fulfilling sales, service and referral needs. This positions multifaceted responsibilities range from minimal cash handling and basic transactions to product and service sales, and referrals to other lines of business. Required skill sets for success in this position include key product knowledge, relationship building, customer service, and expert referral skills. This position will work closely with our retail, operations, and lending staff members.

Work Environment :

This position typically works in a professional office setting. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, move from one point to another, and use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel.
