BILINGUAL ONSITE NIGHT SHIFT SAFETY COORDINATOR

HardHat is currently hiring for a Night Shift Onsite Safety Coordinator for a position located in the Austin Texas area. Our client is requiring OSHA 30 & must be bilingual- must be able to understand & speak both Spanish & English.

Pay is up to $34 / hour- weekends are required; Per diem is $90 if you're not local to the project- must meet minimum mileage requirements.

Job Scope includes the following but is not limited to the following :

• Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.
• Safety Audits- walking large construction sites, often daily
• Communicating efficiently with clients in person & via software
• Data entry using Microsoft Office products
Requirements :
• OSHA 30
• Bilingual Spanish / English
• Previous experience working on construction sites in a similar role
• The ablilty to communicate respectfully between clients and employees
• Microsoft Software Experience (Excel, word, Google Docs)
• The ability to multitask efficiently
