FP&A Director

As the FP&A Director your role is critical in supporting the company's growth and scale initiatives through revenue forecasting, budget ownership, planning, and business analytics. You will work with the company leadership team to drive resource planning and allocation and identify improvement opportunities through analysis and reporting. You will partner with sales leadership on revenue forecasting, sales efficiency, and compensation plan management.

Reporting to the SVP, Strategy and Planning, this individual contributor role frequently works with the CFO and has a high degree of visibility and engagement across all functions of the company, providing an outstanding opportunity to participate in building and growing a transformative organization.

Job Responsibilities

Revenue Forecast and Sales Analytics :

• Develop, evolve and maintain pipeline analysis, revenue forecasting and other models that contribute to understanding the overall health of the business
• Work closely with sales leadership to plan and evaluate sales and marketing investments and ROI
• Own the commissions calculation and support annual updates to the plan
