About the Role
As CNC parts finish a cycle, you step in. You verify dimensions with handheld tools, review paperwork for required sign‑offs, and capture results on in‑process inspection sheets. Your attention to detail ensures every component meets customer specifications before the next operation proceeds.
A Day in the Life
You’ll circulate between machines, measuring parts with calipers and micrometers the moment they come off the spindle. You’ll confirm the previous operation’s approvals, double‑check part counts, and maintain ID & traceability at every handoff. Each check you perform is documented accurately and consistently on the appropriate records so the machining team always has a clear picture of quality status.
