Revenue Cycle Manager

Sadler Health Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our billing, credentialing, and revenue operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate billing, maximizing reimbursement, and maintaining compliance with payer regulations. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise billing and credentialing teams, including Billing Supervisor and Credentialing Specialists.
• Oversee the full revenue cycle process, including claims management, denials, adjustments, and collections.
• Collaborate with IT, EHR, and accounting teams to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
• Monitor and audit third-party payer contracts to optimize reimbursement.
• Manage provider credentialing and enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.
• Maintain and present monthly Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) dashboard to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and payer guidelines.
• Coordinate updates to fee schedules and administer the Sliding Fee Discount Program.
• Provide training and support to billing staff, clinic managers, and providers.
• Identify and implement annual quality improvement initiatives.

Pay for this role is between $80,000- $85,000
