Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our San Antonio operations team. This role supports large-scale material handling and conveyor system projects from design through installation, working closely with Project Managers and engineers to keep projects on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop AutoCAD layouts and designs for conveyor and automation systems.
  • Assist with vendor bids, quotes, and technical documentation.
  • Partner with Project Managers and Sales to define project scope, costs, and schedules.
  • Coordinate shipments, site deliveries, and installation activities.
  • Troubleshoot field issues quickly to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all project documentation is complete.
  • Support system close-out, including training materials, manuals, and as-built drawings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Engineering or technical management degree preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and ability to read / interpret blueprints.
  • Knowledge of conveyors, automation, or material handling equipment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across project teams.
