Your Responsibilities

  • Identify potential healthcare candidates through our intuitive platform and your personal network
  • Engage candidates by presenting MLR opportunities and assessing their interest
  • Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for further evaluations
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture their interest and assist throughout the hiring process
  • Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
  • Reap the rewards based on the meetings you set, interviews that follow, and hires resulting from your outreach

Qualifications for Success

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An enterprising and self-driven attitude - you dictate your schedule, not the other way around
  • An enthusiasm for outreach and connection, with a genuine desire to assist individuals in taking the next step in their careers
  • No previous recruiting experience is required - if you're organized and resourceful, we'll equip you with the necessary training
  • Compensation Structure

    This role is exclusively performance-driven, commission-only. This means your earning potential is limitless, and so is your capacity for achievement.

    You will earn money correlating to actual value created :

  • Commission for every qualified meeting you arrange
  • Extra pay when interviews arise from your outreach
  • Enhanced commissions on newly acquired business
  • Bonus earnings for placements that derive from your leads
