As Sales Leader, you will be responsible for providing direction, leadership, and management to the existing Sales team as well as helping recruit and grow the team to align with our overall business plan. The position will also have oversight of the Marketing Team. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone with a proven record of growing start up sales teams to become an enterprise class sales department.

Expectations / Responsibilities :
- Build, manage, and hold a sales team accountable for sales quota, customer satisfaction, and other defined metrics.
- Recruit, train, and coach inside and outside sales teams to maximize growth and market opportunities.
- Sell Cloud ERP, KS2's IP, AI, Cloud Infrastructure, Consulting and Managed Services solutions into Enterprise Accounts with a focus on recurring revenue.
- Build out additional sales and marketing processes and capabilities.
- Responsible for annual sales and marketing plan, budget, strategy, and execution
- Define and develop product / service offerings and pricing
- Member of Senior Leadership Team, responsible for key sales / marketing metric weekly reporting
Ideal Candidate Requirements :
Demonstrated success with referenceable clients and team members, showcasing credibility and strong relationship management.Proven ability to develop and execute a structured sales process, including drafting SOWs, MSAs, quotes, and proposals.A track record of building and leading high-performing teams, consistently achieving sales goals-and enjoying the journey along the way.Experienced in establishing performance standards and key metrics for Sales Representatives, fostering accountability, and driving continuous improvement through clear strategy and actionable plans.Persistent, analytical, and strategic, using data to guide decisions and collaborating closely with the leadership team to deliver measurable results.Non – Negotiable Requirements :
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.Formal sales training in a recognized solution-selling methodology (e.g., Sandler, Miller Heiman, etc.).Proven sales leadership experience with a growth-oriented mindset, ideally gained in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.Established track record of selling Enterprise Technology (Oracle JDE, Oracle SaaS, AI, OCI, IBM) and Professional Services (project-based and managed services) to Enterprise Accounts.Proficient with digital sales tools including HubSpot, Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Fluent with AI-based content generation tools.Must successfully complete a background and drug screening.Training and Travel :
