We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is ready to make an impact from day one. In this role, you'll own a wide range of requisitions, partner directly with hiring managers, and come prepared to serve as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities

• Champions The Layton Way by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers.
• Manage a large portfolio of requisitions, balancing urgency and quality in every search.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strong recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and close candidates across multiple disciplines, with an emphasis on construction and subcontractor-related roles.
• Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and support team goals by aligning efforts with peers.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up.
• Leverage data and reporting to track progress, share insights, and drive accountability.
