Tribal Operations Manager

Job Requirements : As an essential leadership position, the Tribal Operations Manager will be responsible for the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned :

• Provide information and recommendations to the Executive Director regarding various programmatic and funding information for Tribal Programs
• Assist the Executive Director in policy implementation
• Provide oversight (financial and programmatic) for Tribal Programs
• Facilitate strategic tribal planning initiatives and planning activities
• Conduct regular department head meetings
• Assist with policy implementation, and oversight of tribal programs
• Supervise department heads within the tribal organization
• Monitor tribal budgets, and maintain a rapport, as lead tribal contact, with the various funding agencies
• Be a liaison between Tribal Council and community members as necessary
• Attend all meetings required, including Tribal Council meetings
