Community Relations Director — Senior Living

Base Salary Range :  $65,000 – $85,000 + bonus potential

(based on experience and performance)

We’re seeking a compassionate, organized, and energetic  Community Relations Director  to join a growing senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services.

This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with families, understands the admissions process, and thrives on maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all inquiries, tours, and admissions — guiding residents and families from first contact through move-in.

Maintain accurate and timely census records, admissions logs, and reporting.

Ensure all admission paperwork, notifications, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Build and nurture relationships with referral sources, healthcare liaisons, and local professionals.

Conduct resident satisfaction visits (including 3-month post-move-in check-ins).

Represent the community at open houses, outreach events, and public relation functions.

Partner closely with the nursing and marketing teams to ensure smooth transitions and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality admissions preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working knowledge of clinical paperwork and admission protocols a plus.

Must be a team-oriented professional who genuinely cares about seniors and their families.
