Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and oversight for offshore development teams

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a lead or architect-level Unqork developer

Demonstrated ability to oversee offshore resources

Deep understanding of engineering architecture across UI, backend, and data layers

Commitment to quality through rigorous testing and validation

Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
