Join our Technical Support team at Liberty Tax and help franchisees and their teams keep their technology running smoothly during tax season! Responsibilities / Duties

  • Respond to customer support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues with step-by-step guidance.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher level support when necessary.
  • Document and update all tickets clearly and accurately.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at every interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to share solutions and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills - you can explain tech in simple terms.
  • A customer-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Basic understanding of computers, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies - training provided!
  • Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required.
  • Work Environment

  • This is an on-site position at our Hurst office
  • You'll primarily work at a computer with occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs).
