Position Overview :

As the Exterior Production Coordinator, you'll start each day by checking emails and responding to urgent requests from teachers and staff. You'll manage the Job Board, coordinate schedules, handle phone calls and paperwork, and order supplies as needed. Your role is key to keeping school projects on track while supporting the team every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities :

• Check and respond to emails each morning, addressing urgent matters from customers and Project Managers
• Monitor the Job Board daily to identify new projects entering the production queue
• Coordinate crews and schedules in collaboration with the Project Managers
• Answer incoming phone calls and follow up with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Review and prepare contracts in line with the project scope of work
• Order necessary materials and supplies for active projects
• Assist with permit processing and submission as needed
• Audit in-production job files to ensure billing and financial records are current
• Provide support across the department as needed
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused work environment
