Arias Sanguinetti is seeking a skilled and passionate attorney to fill the role of

• Personal Injury Trial Counsel
• in Bay Area office. This is a position for an experienced litigator who is ready to take ownership of impactful personal injury cases and lead a team in a collaboration with one of the firm's Partners. We're looking for an attorney with 7+ years of experience in personal injury litigation. Trial experience preferred.

Position Overview : As the leader of one of our personal injury teams, you'll play a crucial role in our plaintiff's practice, working alongside some of the most experienced trial lawyers in California to secure optimal outcomes for our clients. The case focus of this team is general personal injury, sexual assault and civil rights.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead your own trial team with Partner oversight and collaboration
• Handle cases from inception through trial.
• Work closely with clients and an integrative team of professionals to understand client's legal needs and provide effective solutions.
• Regularly review potential new cases.
• Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources.
• Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California Bar
• 7+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong writing skills with experience in complex briefing and court hearings
• Organizational and time management skills to balance your case load and delegate to the team
• Must be able to work in-office in Walnut Creek

Salary and Benefits :

• Base Salary $150,000 to $190,000, Depending on Experience
