Education Level : Bachelor's degree. Must earn the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within the first 60 days of employment. Pass the RBT exam through BCBA. Preferred experience working with children or adults with autism or a developmental disability. Must be actively pursuing a master's in applied Behavior Analysis
SUMMARY : The primary function of the Student Analyst is to work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) while assisting the BCBA with higher-level activities appropriate to their attained level of course work. This includes engaging in monitoring, collecting data, and reporting on a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and / or other behavioral and social / communication challenges. In addition to the RBT job duties, the Student Analyst will collect data, assist with assessments, assist in training new RBTs and work to promote a positive culture of learning.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
LANGUAGE SKILLS :
Ability to read, write, and interpret medical history, assessment reports, and relevant data. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees within the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY :
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
