A busy outpatient clinic in northwestern Arizona is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join their team. This is a full-time role providing patient-centered care to help individuals recover from injuries, improve mobility, and regain independence.

You ll enjoy working in a collaborative environment with opportunities to make a real impact on patients lives.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide evidence-based interventions to restore function and reduce pain

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Arizona licensure)

Outpatient experience preferred (new graduates welcome)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for patient-centered care
