About the Role :
As the Administrative Assistant in our Phoenix clinic, youll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Youll support the Operations Manager and HR team while ensuring our staff and families have a welcoming, organized experience. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, people-oriented, and enjoys being the go-to person who helps everything run efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Operations Manager.
- Support HR processes, including recruiting, phone interviews, onboarding, and managing employee documentation for the Phoenix team.
- Assist with clinic events, staff meetings, and engagement activities.
- Manage mail, records, and paper documentation for the Phoenix location.
- Coordinate facilities management tasks, including maintenance, supply inventory, and vendor communication.
- Support Senior Leadership initiatives and company-wide projects specific to the Phoenix clinic.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and organized front office environment.
